Logistics Intelligence Portal

This course will familiarize you with how to integrate and use the QlikView software in LFS. We create dynamic charts and pivot tables using existing objects and discuss how to create user-specific views and restrictions. How do I identify and create relationships between data? What options are there for statistical analysis of the data? In addition, the course will familiarize you with the different options for linking multimedia information and creating your own expert programs.

Participants who work with the Logistics Intelligence Portal and who create flexible analyses and statistics.

 

Course objectives:

After the course, you will be familiar with the different object types of the Logistics Intelligence Portal and how to use them. You will know what settings and functions are important for the evaluation of your own processes and will be able to set them up independently.

  • Data structure and linkage in LFS
  • Representation of the data structure of LFS in QlikView

  • Objects: list box, status box, multibox
  • Creating an overview for field descriptions

Day 2 Further functions and formulas

  • Use of variables and functions

  • Definition of selection ranges
  • Diagram types and properties
  • Export/import of data to/from Excel

Day 3 Script editing and access control

  • Integrating QlikView into the LIP
  • Relation between the “Start Center” and the “iBrowser”
  • Script basics in QlikView; script syntax
  • Uploading data from LFS

  • Access control and access rights QlikView management console
