Contract and Billing (CnB)

Are you actually sure that you really fully document and bill your customers for all services provided? And also the services that go beyond the original contract? What about invoice verification by your customers? Does this process take far too long and are you therefore waiting longer and longer for your payments to arrive? Or do you even feel that suppliers are overcharging you? We have the right answers to these questions: With CnB (Contract and Billing), our solution for digital contract and billing management. We ensure that you bill for more services, within the agreed contracts, with the right price, quickly and completely.

CnB manages contractual agreements (prices including surcharges, discounts, minimum/maximum amount for a process, staggered/cumulative billing, storage period), creates invoices and possibly makes corrections to the invoices. In these contracts, price agreements etc. are created with customers, which can be used and settled e.g. for logistic processes. The billing keys are created in LFS, for example, and the data records are made available to CnB via an interface.
